Wizz Air Abu Dhabi has announced the launch of two new routes — to Qabala in Azerbaijan and to Beirut in Lebanon. The new connections are intended to increase the accessibility of the Caucasus and Middle East regions for travellers from the United Arab Emirates.
On 4 June 2025, Wizz Air Abu Dhabi will inaugurate its first ever connection to Lebanon, launching direct flights from Abu Dhabi to Beirut. Flights on this route will operate three times a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. This is an important addition to the carrier's offer and an opportunity for travellers from the UAE to easily discover the charms of Lebanon's capital.
The second new route will be to Qabala, a picturesque town in northern Azerbaijan, surrounded by mountains and forests. The inauguration of this connection is scheduled for 19 June this year. The planes will fly three times a week – on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, offering travellers direct access to one of the most beautiful destinations in the Caucasus.
