Emirates: young children will no longer be able to fly first class using miles

The Qataris are planning to launch direct flights from the Qatar capital to Bogotá. The route, if approved, will be one of the longest in the world.
The new connection between Doha and Bogotá would be operated at a frequency of two flights per week. Such a decision would open up new opportunities for passengers traveling between the Middle East and South America, offering an alternative to existing connecting flights.
Qatar Airways plans to use Boeing 777-200LRs, long-range aircraft designed for long non-stop journeys, to operate this challenging route. Thanks to their advanced technology, flights of more than 14,000 kilometers will be feasible without the need for additional refueling.
If the connection is launched, Bogotá will become another key point on the Qatar carrier's route. The development of connections between the Middle East and Latin America is part of the global strategy of Qatar Airways, which is constantly expanding its flight network, connecting remote corners of the world.
