Etihad launches new connection from Poland – we will fly from Krakow to Abu Dhabi!

Etihad Airways announced in its latest press release about the launch of a new connection from Poland: Etihad will fly from Krakow to Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates. The connection will be inaugurated on 15 June 2026 and will operate three times a week: on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Flights will depart from Abu Dhabi to Krakow at 2:40 a.m. and land at 7:05 a.m., with the return flight from Poland departing at 11:05 a.m. and landing at 7:00 p.m. local time in the UAE.

The launch of another route from Poland to Abu Dhabi by Etihad is certainly the result of the success of the newly opened connection from Warsaw to the capital of the United Arab Emirates. However, unlike flights from the Polish capital, flights from Krakow will not be operated by wide-body aircraft, but by narrow-body Airbus A321LRs. However, this is not a great loss, as the airline assures that the seating arrangement in these Airbus aircraft and access to in-flight entertainment will be of the same high standard as in other, larger aircraft.

At the moment, the connection is seasonal and will operate until 6 September, but the flights are expected to be extended for the winter season, as is the case with most Arab airlines flying to Krakow. The new route from Etihad is not only an opportunity for a comfortable trip to Abu Dhabi, but also a gateway to a quick transfer during a flight from Krakow to the capital of the United Arab Emirates and further travel around the world on a single airline ticket.
