Ski Dubai is an indoor ski resort located in the Mall of the Emirates in Dubai. It offers a unique winter experience in the middle of the desert, allowing visitors to enjoy skiing, snowboarding, and various snow-related activities all year round.

The attraction is not suitable for children under 2 years of age.

What Is Included

Snow Classic: - Full-day and unlimited access to Snow Park, - Unlimited access to rides; Zorb ball, Bobsled, Tubing Run, Bumper Cars, Climbing Wall, Snow Plough Playground, and Sliding Hill - Fleece gloves
Snow Plus: - Full-day access to all Snow Park rides (Tubing Run, Snow Plough Playground, and Mountain Thriller) - Unlimited chairlift rides - A standard locker - A pair of fleece gloves - Choose one (one experience per person): a) 2 hours on the slope (skiers/snowboarders must be Level 2+ to access the slope) OR b) 60-minute discovery lesson (skiing/snowboarding) OR c) 2 rides of the Snow Bullet (Zipline)

What is the availability of tickets?

The availability of tickets is unlimited. You can even purchase them on the day of your scheduled entry.

Is the transfer from the hotel included in the price?

The transfer is not included. Access to the attractions is on your own.

What are the opening hours of the facility?

Monday - Thursday: 10:00 - 23:00, Friday: 10:00 - 00:00, Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 - 00:00

How are tickets transferred?

Tickets are sent by email as a PDF file. You do not need to print them out. Only the booking person's details are on the ticket.

Do I need to bring my passport?

You do not need to bring your ID with you, however we suggest you have photos of your children's passports on your phone in case of a possible inspection.

What is the validity of the ticket?

The ticket is valid for 30 days from the date you book for, you can use the attraction on any day at any time.
