Each floor has a balcony about 6m long! The living room with kitchen and one bathroom are located on the 71st floor, and two bedrooms on the next floor. The apartment is ideal for friends and families. The location in Dubai Marina provides easy access to the beach, restaurants and public transport. The building has a great outdoor and indoor pool area, gym, large playrooms for children.
The skyscraper has a great indoor and outdoor pool area, gym and something for children - two great, fully equipped playrooms. Such an attraction in the city costs a few hundred zlotys, with us you already have it in the price.
