Singapore Airlines is expanding its European route network. The most significant new development will be the launch of the Singapore–Barcelona–Madrid route.
Flights will begin on October 26, 2026, and will mark an important step in the carrier’s continued expansion in the European market. Thanks to the new route, passengers will enjoy more convenient connections between Asia and Spain.
In connection with the launch of flights to Madrid, the current three weekly flights on the Singapore–Barcelona route will be converted into flights with a stopover in the Spanish capital. The new route highlights Spain’s growing importance in Singapore Airlines’ development strategy and the increased interest in travel between Europe and Asia.
