Morocco's national carrier, Royal Air Maroc, has announced the launch of a new direct connection between Africa and the west coast of the United States. The airline will connect Casablanca with Los Angeles, becoming the only African carrier to operate this route.
The new flights will operate between Casablanca and Los Angeles. The inaugural flight is scheduled for June 7, which means that passengers will have a direct connection between Morocco and California as early as this summer.
With this route, Royal Air Maroc will strengthen its position as a key player in transatlantic connections and, at the same time, become the only African airline offering direct flights to Los Angeles.
The route will be operated by modern Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner aircraft. Flights will operate three times a week – on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.
