More comfortable seats, more legroom, outlets for charging electrical equipment and better meals - India's businessmen and entrepreneurs can prepare for better comfort when traveling in the country. IndiGo, India's low-cost airline, is introducing business class seating. The new business cabins will be called IndiGo Strech. The seats will be available on select Airbus A321neo aircraft on some domestic and international routes. Business Class is scheduled to debut on November 14, 2024.
Business Class will be located in the front section of Airbus A321neo aircraft. The seats will occupy three rows in a 2-2 arrangement and guarantee more legroom than economy class seats. Passengers will have at their disposal: electrical outlets and a USB-C port for charging electrical equipment and special cold catering (due to the lack of kitchens on Airbus A321neo), prepared in cooperation with the luxury hotel The Oberoi in Delhi. The carrier has not provided screens for in-flight entertainment.
