What is the availability of tickets?

The availability of tickets is unlimited. You can purchase them even on the day of your scheduled entry.

Is the transfer from the hotel included?

The transfer is not included. Getting to the attractions is on your own.

What are the opening hours of the facility?

Sunday through Thursday: 10:00 - 22:00 Fridays and Saturdays: 10:00 - 24:00

How are tickets transferred?

Tickets are sent via email in a PDF file. You do not need to print them. Only the details of the booking person are on the ticket.

Is it necessary to bring a passport?

You do not need to bring your ID with you, however, we suggest you have passport photos of your children on your phone in case of a possible inspection.
