The Dubai Balloon at Atlantis

Ticket availability is limited. We suggest booking a few days before the planned attraction.

The transfer is not included. Getting to the attraction is on your own.

Every day from sunrise to 11:00 a.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The attraction is dependent on weather conditions. On the home page of https://thedubaiballoon.com/, when you scroll down, you will find a widget displaying the forecast and the status of the flights.

For safety reasons, the attraction should not be used by people: susceptible to motion sickness and/or dizziness, suffering from heart disease, pregnant, under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. Those suffering from other medical conditions aggravated by flight and/or altitude changes should refrain from boarding the balloon.

It is possible to enter the gondola in a wheelchair or knitting cart. A wheel locking system to prevent movement is required. Wheelchairs and strollers meeting the above requirements are available on site if needed.

The ticket is not for a specific time. The ticket will be valid on the date selected at the booking stage.

The experience itself takes about 10 minutes. In addition, each participant must undergo a short safety briefing before ascending.

The balloon can rise up to 300 meters, depending on weather conditions. The pilot reserves the right to adjust the flight altitude in case of adverse conditions.

The number of participants allowed in the gondola depends on weather conditions. The gondola can accommodate up to 30 passengers.
