Everything you need to know about using our services and exploring Dubai!

Ticket availability is limited. We suggest booking a few days in advance of the planned attraction.

The transfer is not included. Access to the attraction is on your own.

Tickets are sent by email as a PDF file. You do not need to print them out. Only the booking person's details are on the ticket.

The entrance is in Dubai Mall on the 'lower ground floor'. You need to get to the mall and follow the signs to 'At The Top Burj Khalifa'.

You do not need to bring an identity document.

There is no best hour. It all depends on your preference, whether you want to see the view during the day or after dark or at sunset. The weather is unpredictable and therefore visibility is variable.

The At the Top ticket (124th & 125th floors) starts from approx. 45 USD, while the At the Top SKY ticket (with access to the 148th floor) starts from approx. 100 USD per person.

The price mainly depends on the time of day and the observation level selected.

The visit typically takes between 2 and 3 hours.

It’s best to arrive around 30 minutes before the show starts to secure a good spot near the Burj Khalifa.

Level 154 is expensive but absolutely worth the money! Thanks to Two Continets for brokering the tickets and for always answering and clarifying any questions. I would like to add that when I asked questions on the official Burj Khalifa website I did not get answers. I visited the Burj Khalifa during the so-called high season. There was a glue for about 4 hours of standing to enter p. 125 or 148.

This was the most beautiful place I’ve been to!!!!!! When I say breathtaking…..it was absolutely amazing!!!!!! I recommend getting the premium package! It comes with access to floors 154, 153 and 152. You also get to view from outside on a balcony. It includes complimentary beverages and food. It’s completely worth and then you have access to an exclusive souvenir shop.

Such a pleasure to visit! I would recommend getting the tip top view! It was very crowded at the bottom and on the lower levels so I am very thankful to have spent time at the amazing lounge at the top! The outside view is totally worth it! And you get delicious snacks both sweet and savory.

Been up the building four times now. This time to Floor 155 etc. Amazing views and extremely helpful and friendly staff at the buffet. A special thanks to IRENE who was so warm and welcoming. An amazing experience up there to never forget!!
