Ticket availability is limited. We suggest booking a few days in advance of the planned attraction.

The transfer is not included. Access to the attraction is on your own.

Tickets are sent by email as a PDF file. You do not need to print them out. Only the booking person's details are on the ticket.

The entrance is in Dubai Mall on the 'lower ground floor'. You need to get to the mall and follow the signs to 'At The Top Burj Khalifa'.

You do not need to bring an identity document.

There is no best hour. It all depends on your preference, whether you want to see the view during the day or after dark or at sunset. The weather is unpredictable and therefore visibility is variable.

Very fast and pleasant. Entering the Burj Khalifa even earlier and then waiting in line for the lift which went very smoothly. In Dubai Mall follow the signs because it is easy to get lost there ;) It's worth getting in and exploring, The view is breathtaking even though it's only 124/125th floor. I recommend

A must-see in Dubai . Fast track ticket, a revelation. We walked in at a walk and there were queues of several hours standing next to us. It's worth paying extra for the fast track. We bought the tickets at 4pm and spent 2.5 hours at the top. Unforgettable views. We took photos during the day and also after sunset. The car park is located in Dubai Mall.

The fact that I bought tickets from Fast Track was the best idea! If we had had to queue for a few hours to get to the lift, I don't think we would have remembered our visit to the Burj Khalifa so well. The weather was perfect, so the views were great.

If it's Dubai, it's ONLY with Two Continents :) Full professionalism at every level. Nothing is impossible for them, they can even come 15 minutes before the driver's arrival (trip to Safari) to the flat with a baby seat, which we forgot to add to the order :) definitely the best! We have done with them: desert safari, morning yacht cruise, helicopter flight and bought entrance to Burj Khalife :)
